It was taken at the park, near the dog run. I think the flowers were planted near there around this tree, but for some reason have sort of spread around the whole area. They're pretty random, which doesn't suggest that someone planted them that way.
That's a great photo. If we're having a image competition I think this is the winner.
If there is one thing my dad showed me, it's how to take pictures of flowers and scenery!
