I've been trying to figure out how he got down there, or how how he will get out. I supposed the subway system has some elevators for access somewhere, but I don't remember seeing them, or seeing an people in wheelchairs on the subway.
Muccabull Springs might be the right place to use these, since the streets are pretty empty.
They do have elevators is the bigger stations to make them wheelchair accessible. It's still hard to imagine him getting on and off the train and rolling around the subway stations without running into someone!
